Track your order
When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
Where to find your tracking link
- Check the dispatch email from Stelcut. It has your tracking number and a link to the courier's website.
- If you have an account with us, sign in and open your orders to see the latest status.
- Can't see the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
How long delivery takes
- UK: usually 1–3 working days
- Ireland, EU and international: usually 3–7 working days

If you haven't had a tracking email within 48 hours of ordering, or your parcel is more than 7 working days late, email stelcutinfo@gmail.com or call 07426 228153 with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
